July 5 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Friday:


U.S. stocks fell briefly at midmorning, paring most gains from June payrolls data that came in much stronger than expected. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 0.03 percent, Standard & Poor's 500 Index up 0.11 percent, the Nasdaq Composite Index up 0.10 percent.

The lender was unable to file certain portions of its results for the year ended March 31 because of unexpected delays in the additional review of its loan loss allowance, the company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday. The company said an amended report may show a "material weakness" in determining its allowance for loan losses. (
