The Dow Jones industrial average was down 0.49 percent at 17,195.26, the S&P 500 was down 0.81 percent at 1,994.04 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 1.34 percent at 4,518.289.

The Chinese advertisement company's shares doubled to $3.98, their highest in over three years. The company said on Friday it was in discussion with Taobao, the online shopping site owned by Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, to provide a targeted marketing service.
