Wall Street was set to open lower on Friday, with the S&P 500 mini futures falling to their weakest level since early February, as more alarming data from China spooked investors already worried about global growth.

Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.63 percent at 16,811, S&P 500 futures were down 0.44 percent at 2,016.5 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.57 percent at 4,341.5.

** APPLE INC, Thursday close $112.65, -1.86 pct premarket

The iPhone maker was down premarket, set for a fourth straight session of losses, hit by concerns of a slowdown in China, a key growth market for the company.

** NETFLIX INC, Thursday close $112.49, -5.46 pct premarket

Shares of the video streaming pioneer were down premarket, set for a fourth straight session of losses. The stock, the best performing among the S&P 500 this year, ended 7.8 percent lower on Thursday, its worst fall since mid-October.

** WALT DISNEY CO,Thursday close $100.02, -2.47 pct premarket

Cowen and Company cut the media company's price target to $89 from $98 with a "market perform" rating.

**DEERE & CO, Thursday close $90.65, -5.14 pct premarket

The maker of John Deere tractors reported reported that third-quarter profit tumbled 40 percent on weak demand for agricultural equipment, overall lower shipment volumes and a stronger dollar, and gave a bleaker forecast for fourth-quarter sales.

** SALESFORCE.COM INC, Thursday close $67.82, +3.57 pct premarket

The cloud software company reported a better-than-expected quarterly results, helped by an increase in demand for its Web-based sales and marketing software, and raised its revenue forecast for the full year for the third time.

** HEWLETT-PACKARD CO, Thursday close $27.35, -2.71 pct premarket

The world's No. 2 PC maker reported a drop in revenue for the fourth straight quarter, hurt by weak PC sales and lower demand from corporates for its services.

** STEINER LEISURE LTD, Thursday close $56.53, +14.06 pct premarket

The operator of spa services on cruise ships and hotels, said it would be taken private by private equity firm Catterton Partners for about $843 million, or $65 per share.

** BAYTEX ENERGY CORP, Thursday close $5.07, -11.83 pct premarket

The Canadian oil and gas company said it would suspend its dividend and lowered the top end of its 2015 production forecast.

** AMERICA'S CAR-MART INC, Thursday close $41.68, -6.43 pct premarket

The auto dealer reported a fall in first-quarter profit as a near 17 percent rise in costs outweighed a 12.5 percent increase in sales.

** FOOT LOCKER INC, Thursday close $71.72, -2.41 pct premarket

The footwear retailer reported a profit and revenue that beat analysts average estimate for the eighth quarter in a row.

** ACCURACY INC, Thursday close $5.84, +12.67 pct premarket

The cancer radiation device maker received an order for non-invasive radiosurgical devices from 21st Century Oncology, which it booked in the first quarter.

** SILICONWARE PRECISION INDUSTRIES CO LTD, Thursday close $5.18, +23.55 pct premarket

Taiwan's Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc (ASE) , the world's top chip packager and tester, said it would buy up to 25 percent of Siliconware for an amount likely exceeding T$30 billion ($919 million).

ASE said it would offer T$45 per common share of SPIL, the industry's third-biggest packager, and T$225 ($6.89) per American Depositary Share.

** INTUIT INC, Thursday close $102.93, -6.73 pct

The tax-preparation software maker reported a fourth-quarter adjusted loss as expenses rose 17 percent and the company also forecast an adjusted loss for the current quarter. Intuit also said it plans to divest Demandforce, QuickBase and Quicken.

** MCDONALD'S CORP, Thursday close $99.76, -0.41 pct premarket

The world's biggest restaurant chain said it had signed its second deal with a Russian franchisee which would help it to expand in remote Siberian regions.

** GAP INC, Thursday close $33.66, +0.27 pct premarket

The apparel retailer reported a fall in profit for the second consecutive quarter, hurt by a stronger dollar, shipment delays and weak sales at its flagship brand.

** ROSS STORES INC, Thursday close $55.25, -7.43 pct premarket

The off-price retailer forecast slowing same-store sales growth in third and fourth quarter compared to last year, citing intense competition and higher discounts at other department stores and retailers.

** BROCADE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS INC, Thursday close $9.72, +5.97 pct premarket

The network equipment maker reported better-than-expected third-quarter results, driven by an increase in router sales.

** NET 1 UEPS TECHNOLOGIES INC, Thursday close $19.25, +8.88 pct premarket

The South Africa-based payment solutions provider posted a better-than-expected quarterly profit, helped by lower costs and higher revenue from its financial inclusion and applied technologies unit.

** FRESH MARKET INC, Thursday close $26.59, -14.44 pct premarket

The grocery store operator reported lower-than-expected quarterly profit and revenue as consumers bought less organic and fresh produce from its stores. The company's comparable store sales fell more than expected.

** FEDEX CORP, Thursday close $160.45, -1.25 pct premarket

The company's pilots tentatively agreed with the package delivery company on an amended collective bargaining agreement, the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) said. The terms are not being released pending approval by the union's executive council, ALPA said.

** ELDORADO GOLD CORP, Thursday close $3.99, -7.52 pct premarket

The Canadian miner said it would suspend all mining and development activities in the Halkidiki region in Greece after the Greek Energy Ministry on Wednesday revoked approvals for technical studies in the region.

** SYSCO CORP, Thursday close $40.55, -0.27 pct premarket

The food distributor added Nelson Peltz and another Trian Fund executive to its board, days after the activist investor disclosed a 7.1 percent stake in the company and called its shares "undervalued".

** INTERDIGITAL INC, Thursday close $48.38, untraded premarket

** MICROSOFT CORP, Thursday close $45.66, -0.68 pct premarket

InterDigital has violated U.S. antitrust law by failing to keep its promise to fairly license its technology considered essential to mobile phone communications, Microsoft said in a lawsuit.

** INTREXON CORP, Thursday close $42.5, -3.51 pct premarket
