** Shares of oil and gas and related companies fall as oil prices tumble 4 pct on Monday, nearing their 11-year low on growing fears that global oil glut would worsen in coming months in pricing war between leading OPEC and non-OPEC producers

** Brent crude trading at $38.04/bbl, U.S. crude trading at $36.19/bbl as of 11:50 a.m. ET

** Big E&P companies: Royal Dutch Shell Plc down 2.6 pct, BP Plc down 2.4 pct, Total SA down 1.5 pct

** Biggest losers: Ultra Petroleum Corp down 12.4 pct, California Resources Corp down 10.6 pct, SandRidge Energy Inc down 9.9 pct

** Oilfield services providers: Basic Energy Services Inc down 13.7 pct, Baker Hughes Inc down 9.7 pct, Key Energy Services Inc down 9 pct

** Contract drillers: Atwood Oceanics Inc down 8.5 pct, Seadrill Ltd down 6.3 pct, Transocean Ltd down 3.1 pct
