U.S. stocks were set to open slightly lower on Tuesday as investors awaited Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen's speech for clues on when the central bank may raise interest rates. Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.30 percent at 17,396, S&P 500 futures were down 0.21 percent at 2,023.75 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.14 percent at 4,383.25.
