Nov 26 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Monday:
U.S. stocks eased on Monday after a rebound rally pushed the S&P 500 to its best week in more than five months last week and as investors focused on talks to release aid to Greece and negotiations to avoid the U.S. "fiscal cliff."
** KNIGHT CAPITAL GROUP $2.77, up 11 pct (1000 ET)
The trading firm is in talks about possibly selling its market-making unit, its largest and most profitable business, according to a source.
** FACEBOOK INC, $23.99, up 8 pct (1013 ET)
Bernstein upgraded the stock to outperform from market perform.
** JAMES RIVER COAL CO, $2.75, up 11 pct (0946 ET)
Raymond James upgraded shares of the coal producer to "outperform" from "market perform" and set a $3.00 price target citing the company's "ample liquidity" and as it expects natural gas prices to rally into the first quarter of 2013.
** ZHONGPIN INC, $10.86, up 16 pct (0933 ET)
The China-based meat processor said its board approved a proposal to be taken private by its Chief Executive Xianfu Zhu, who said in March that he would acquire the company at $13.50 per share.
** GALECTIN THERAPEUTICS INC, $2.03, up 16 pct (1020 ET)
The drugmaker said it was granted a patent for the methods of using its compounds in patients with chronic liver disease.
** DECKERS OUTDOOR CORP, $33.08, up 7 pct (1013 ET)
The UGG shoe maker has lost 56 percent of its stock value since the start of this year. This makes the company's valuation the cheapest compared to any U.S. footwear and accessories maker larger than $1 billion, and could interest private equity players and rivals in making an offer to buy the company, Bloomberg reported. ** MBIA Inc $9.01, up 8 pct (1029 ET)
The bond insurer changed the terms of some of its debt to avoid what it called a possible default. Bank of America had offered on Nov. 13 to buy some of the insurer's bonds to thwart the changes to the terms.
** GROUPON INC, $3.74, down 5 pct (1048 ET)
Analysts said shares of the daily deals company were slipping after a strong rally last week, when Tiger Global Management disclosed a 9.9 percent stake in the company.
** EXELON CORP, $29.47, up 3.1 pct (1026 ET)
Deutsche Bank upgraded the utility company's shares to "buy" and raised its price target on the stock to $34 citing an improved outlook on stronger gas and power prices.
** 3D SYSTEMS, $45.24, up 8.3 pct (1133 ET)
** STRATASYS INC, $75.70, up 6.9 pct (1133 ET)
3D Systems launched a new professional 3D printer with high definition prints and touchscreen controls for the production of functional plastic parts and casting wax patterns for product designing and manufacturing. ( link.reuters.com/jag34t )

Analysts said teen clothing retailer Abercrombie seemed to come out ahead of other clothing retailers during the annual Black Friday kickoff to the holiday shopping season with the longest lines and units per transaction during the weekend.
Other specialty retailers such as American Eagle Outfitters and Gap also saw high foot traffic over the four day weekend. However, stores with relatively weaker traffic were Aeropostale, Cold Water Creek and Chico's FAS.
Janney Capital Markets cut Aeropostale's stock to "neutral" from "buy", saying the company will lose market share to rivals Abercrombie & Fitch and American Eagle.
** INSPERITY INC, $29.58, up 5 percent (0950 ET)
The human resources services provider said it launched a tender offer to repurchase its shares for up to $50 million and declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share.
** ILLUMINA INC, $50.60, down 4 pct (0958 ET)
Baird downgraded the genetic sequencing company's stock to "neutral" from "outperform" citing competition from China's BGI-Shenzhen and Complete Genomics Inc.
** GENERAC HOLDINGS INC, $34.04, down 4 pct (1000 ET)
The generator maker reported a secondary offering of $11.5 million shares on Monday.
** CYTOKINETICS INC, $0.69, up 7 pct (1030 ET)
The biotechnology company said its experimental drug Tirasemtiv showed increased skeletal muscle performance and reduced fatigue in a mid-stage trial in patients suffering from an autoimmune disease.
The disease, Myasthenia gravis, commonly strikes people between the ages of 40 and 70, the company said in a statement.
** DREAMWORKS ANIMATION SKG INC, $18.05, down 3 pct (1011 ET)
Janney Capital Markets cut its fair value estimate on the stock to $22 from $24.50 and said the animation studio's latest film "Rise of the Guardians" was one of the most disappointing releases in the company's history. The film debuted with $32.6 million at the domestic box office.
** APPLE INC, $571.5, up 1 pct (1012 ET)
The iPod-maker has asked a federal court to add six more products to its patent infringement lawsuit against Samsung Electronics Co, including the Samsung Galaxy Note II, in the latest in move in an ongoing legal war between the two companies.
** RANDGOLD RESOURCES LTD, $107.39, down 3 pct (1012 ET)
The miner said on Friday that the latest conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo will be confined to the Eastern region and is unlikely to spread. Randgold is developing the Kibali project in Congo's northeast.
** CHINA MING YANG WIND POWER GROUP LTD, $1.33, down 2 pct (1026 ET)
The wind turbine manufacturer said it signed a financing framework agreement for renewable energy projects with China Development Bank and India's Reliance Power Ltd. Ming Yang has a memorandum of understanding with Reliance Power to co-develop up to 2,500 megawatt of renewable energy projects in India.
** SAREPTA THERAPEUTICS, $29.35, up 6 pct (1013 ET)
The company entered into a collaboration with scientists and institutions from the European Union and the United States to develop its fourth drug to treat a rare degenerative disease that causes progressive muscle loss.
** YAHOO INC, $18.57 , up 2 pct (1014 ET)
Goldman Sachs added the company to its "Conviction Buy" list and raised its price target on the company's stock to $24 from $22, according to Streetinsider.com.

Amazon.com was the most-visited retail website on Black Friday, followed by websites run by Wal-Mart and Best Buy. Though Amazon has dominated Cyber Monday in recent years, retailers such as eBay, Walmart and others are aiming to close the gap in this fastgrowing adjunct to the traditional holiday shopping season.
** BAXTER INTERNATIONAL INC, $68.8, down 2 pct (1014 ET)
