Chance of cyclone northeast of Bermuda now 10 pct -NHC

Thunderstorm activity associated with a weak surface low located a few hundred miles northeast of Bermuda has become less organized, and this system now has only a 10 percent chance of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory.
