U.S. stock index futures pointed to slight gains at the open on Monday. Dow Jones industrial e-mini futures were up 0.36 percent at 17,159, S&P 500 e-mini futures were up 0.39 percent at 1,996.25 and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures were up 0.30 percent at 4,153.5.

** EXXON MOBIL CORP, Friday close $87.42, +0.72 pct premarket

The world's largest publicly traded oil company said its quarterly profit fell 21 percent as weak oil prices took a toll, but results topped Wall Street expectations due to tax benefits and a favorable arbitration ruling.

Exxon also said it will reduce its share buyback program in the first quarter by more than half to $1 billion.

** RADIOSHACK CORP, Friday close $0.2771, -20.61 pct premarket

Hedge fund Standard General LP is in talks to serve as the lead bidder at a bankruptcy auction for the struggling consumer electronics retailer, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.   Continued...
