BUZZ-U.S. STOCKS ON THE MOVE-Cybersecurity stocks, Polaris, Voxx, Sprint

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.05 percent at 18,138.14, the S&P 500 was up 0.10 percent at 2,138.94 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 0.02 percent at 5245.56.

** CYBERARK SOFTWARE LTD, $49.4593, -0.94 pct

Cybersecurity company Fortinet cut its third-quarter revenue and earnings forecast as customers continue to delay purchases.

** STANLEY BLACK & DECKER INC, $119.79, +1.81 pct

** NEWELL BRANDS, $50.95, +1.21 pct

Stanley Black & Decker it would buy Newell Brands tool business for $1.95 billion, adding brands such as Irwin and Lenox to its lineup.

** POLARIS INDUSTRIES INC, $76.75, +3.67 pct

The all-terrain vehicle maker said it would buy off-road SUV accessories maker Transamerican Auto Parts Co (TAP) for about $665 million.

** VOXX INTERNATIONAL CORP, $3.29, +29.02 pct

The automotive and consumer accessories distributor reported a second-quarter profit of 12 cents per share, compared with a loss of 18 cents per share a year earlier.

** SPRINT CORP, $6.92, +2.06 pct

The No. 4 U.S. wireless carrier is preparing to mortgage a little more than 10 percent of its wireless airwaves to raise cash, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

** INTELLIPHARMACEUTICS INTERNATIONAL INC, $2.96, +4.59 pct

** MALLINCKRODT PLC, $68.3, +0.21 pct

Generic drugmaker Intellipharmaceutics said Mallinckrodt would distribute generic versions of some of its extended release drug candidates in the United States as part of a licensing deal.

** CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL INC, $418.54, -1.06 pct
