CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns negative as resources weigh

TORONTO, July 16 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index
turned lower in early Tuesday trade as declines in shares of
energy and materials companies offset strength in the financial
sector.
    The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
 was down 1.51 points, or 0.01 percent, at 12,526.84.
