Moody's says may downgrade several Canadian banks

NEW YORK, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service on Friday said it could cut its ratings on several Canadian banks in the coming months, including that of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Toronto-Dominion Bank, on economic challenges not fully captured to current ratings.

But the ratings agency added that any cuts would likely be only by one notch.
