Obama, Canada's Harper discuss Syria, potential responses: White House

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama and Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper spoke by phone on Tuesday about the alleged use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government and pledged to consult closely on potential responses, the White House said.
