Canada seeks WTO consultations with China

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada will seek consultations with China in a dispute over China’s measures affecting the distribution of financial information services, Trade Minister David Emerson said on Friday.

“We are concerned that measures imposed by China affecting foreign financial information suppliers are not consistent with its WTO obligations,” Emerson said in a statement.
