Harper says now not a good time for election
OTTAWA (Reuters) - Prime Minister Stephen Harper said on Tuesday now is not a good time for an election and that it is up to opposition parties to decide whether or not to force one.
Speaking to reporters after a minor cabinet shuffle, Harper said his minority Conservative government will remain focused on safeguarding a fragile economic recovery, not engaging in "economic adventurism."
