LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "Girlfight" filmmaker Karyn Kusama is in negotiations to direct "Transformers" vixen Megan Fox in "Jennifer's Body," a comedic horror movie about a possessed cheerleader.

The cheerleader starts feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town. Her "plain Jane" best friend must take drastic measures to protect their town from the seductive teenager.

The Fox Atomic project will be directed by Jason Reitman from a script by Diablo Cody, marking a reunion for the duo behind the acclaimed comedy "Juno." A March start date in Vancouver is planned.

Besides directing Michelle Rodriguez in "Girlfight," which won two awards at the 2000 Sundance Film Festival, Kusama also directed Charlize Theron in "Aeon Flux."
