LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Teen heartthrob Zac Efron is attached to star in an adaptation of the graphic novel "Fire," and will also serve as an executive producer.
The Universal project centers on a college student who is inducted into a special CIA project that tests whether training ordinary citizens to be agents can be successful.
Efron, who topped the box office charts last April with the comedy "17 Again," just finished work on the Universal drama "The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud."
