TORONTO (Hollywood Reporter) - Canadian ex-cons are headed back to kitchen duty in a second season of "Conviction Kitchen," a gritty reality series that transforms them into restaurant waiters and cooks.
The first season of the Rogers Media series saw chef Marc Thuet and wife Biana Zorich open a high-end restaurant in Toronto from scratch with the help of former hoods.
The location city for the second season is still to be determined by the producers, and could potentially be on either side of the U.S.-Canadian border as the reality TV series airs on Planet Green stateside. Production begins in September.
