Bieber movie ad to air on post-Bowl "Glee"

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - If America’s streets are suddenly devoid of tween girls on the evening of February 6, blame Justin Bieber.

A 30-second spot for the teen idol’s upcoming 3D concert movie will premiere during a special episode of “Glee” on Super Bowl Sunday, inevitably triggering an avalanche of breathless tweets from his fervent fan base.

The movie itself, “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never,” opens in theaters on Valentine’s Day through Paramount Pictures.

Fox’s “Glee,” with its loyal audience of young girls, is a more natural fit for the “Never Say Never” promotion than the game itself, the year’s most-watched TV event.
