Brazil minister says inflation under control
DAVOS, Switzerland (Reuters) - Brazil's inflation remains under control, Finance Minister Giudo Mantega said on Friday, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.
Asked if he was pleased with the decline in the Brazilian currency, the real, so far this year, Mantega said: "Yes, I am happy," adding it had "not yet achieved currency equilibrium."
