Flames forward Glencross suspended for three games
TORONTO (Reuters) - Calgary Flames forward Curtis Glencross has been suspended for three games for a dangerous high-hit on Chris Drury of the New York Rangers, the NHL said in a statement on Monday.
The incident occurred in the opening minute of the 3-1 home win over the Rangers on Saturday when Glencross caught an unsuspecting Drury with a hit to the head, knocking him out of the game.
Rangers coach John Tortorella said on NHL.com that Drury suffered concussion.
