Canada's Come By Chance refinery shut down after power outage

LONDON (Reuters) - Canada’s Come By Chance refinery was shut down on Monday following a power outage, a spokeswoman for the North Atlantic Refining company said on Tuesday.

Power at the 115,000 barrel per day refinery in Newfoundland province in eastern Canada has been restored but output has not been restarted yet, the spokeswoman added.

North Atlantic Refining was bought by the Korea National Oil Company (KNOC) in 2009.
