Canada net foreign debt falls to lowest since first quarter 2007

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada's net foreign debt fell by C$41.1 billion ($38.8 billion) to C$66.2 billion by the end of the third quarter from the second quarter, Statistics Canada said on Thursday.

It was the lowest net foreign debt level since the C$24.3 billion registered in the first quarter of 2007, the federal agency said.
