Air Canada says Chairman David Richardson to retire

(Reuters) - Air Canada (AC.TO) said on Friday Chairman David Richardson would retire after the company’s annual shareholder meeting on May 5.

Vagn Sorensen, a current board member, will replace Richardson, who has been the company’s chairman since 2008, Air Canada said in a statement.
