Oct 31 (Reuters) - Producer prices in Canada fell by 0.3 percent in September from August as a stronger Canadian dollar helped cut prices for motorized and recreational vehicles, Statistics Canada said on Tuesday.

The decrease followed a revised 0.4 percent increase in producer prices in August. Raw materials prices shrank by 0.1 percent in September and were up 6.3 percent on the year.
