MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Friday that approval of the United States-Mexico-Canada trade deal by Canada’s lower chamber was good news for Mexico at a time of economic and financial instability.

Canada is the last of the three signatories to formally adopt the pact, and its parliament has agreed to rush through its ratification in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
