CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower on U.S. fiscal concerns

TORONTO, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened
lower on Wednesday, led by mining stocks, as fresh doubts over
the resolution of the U.S. fiscal crisis hurt investor
sentiment.
    The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
 was down 97.02 points, or 0.80 percent, at 12,014.61
shortly after the open.
