CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower as energy shares decline

TORONTO, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index opened lower on Wednesday as a decline in oil prices over concerns about increasing U.S. crude stocks hit shares of energy producers.
