TORONTO, May 28 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index ended slightly lower on Thursday as banks and railways weighed, while some gold miners and other materials stocks lessened the blow.
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 3.47 points, or 0.02 percent, at 15,107.00. Six of the ten main sectors were higher. (Reporting by Alastair Sharp, editing by G Crosse)
