CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends lower as weaker oil prices pressure energy stocks

TORONTO, June 2 (Reuters) - Canada’s benchmark stock index finished lower on Friday as energy stocks, depressed by falling oil prices, led the market lower.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index close 27.16 points down, or 0.2 percent, at 15,442.75. Of the index’s 10 main industry groups, six were in negative territory. (Reporting by Solarina Ho)
