TORONTO, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index edged lower for a second straight day on Thursday as materials and financial shares lost ground and worries about the prospects of U.S. tax reform weighed on Wall Street.
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 23.26 points, or 0.14 percent, at 16,082.09. Six of the index’s 10 main groups ended lower. (Reporting by Fergal Smith; Editing by James Dalgleish)
