TORONTO, Dec 28 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index was little changed on Thursday, hovering near a record high, as energy and marijuana company shares added to Wednesday’s gains, offsetting losses for the industrial group.
The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index fell 1.38 points, or 0.01 percent, to 16,201.75, shortly after the open. Four of the index’s 10 main groups were lower. (Reporting by Fergal Smith; Editing by Bernadette Baum)
