Toronto stocks dip into red as RIM jitters weigh

TORONTO, June 9 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index turned negative on Monday afternoon as jitters hit Research In Motion RIM.TO shares ahead of an iPhone announcement by rival Apple (AAPL.O).

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 1.69 points at 14,967.86 as economic worries weighed on most sectors of the market. RIM was off more than 2 percent. (Reporting by Jonathan Spicer; Editing by Peter Galloway)
