CANADA STOCKS-TSX jumps 1 percent on Fed hopes, surge in golds

TORONTO, June 28 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index rose
more than 1 percent on Friday as a jump in shares of gold miners
and widespread optimism about continued U.S. Federal Reserve
stimulus offset a decline in BlackBerry.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
was up 125.24 points, or 1.04 percent, at 12,131.02 in
late-morning trade.
