CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns positive as commodities cut losses

TORONTO, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index turned positive shortly after the open on Monday as steadying oil and bullion prices helped cut early losses in the resource-heavy market.

At 9:44 a.m. (1344 GMT), the S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 4.33 points, or 0.04 percent, at 11,257.56. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
