CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns higher on golds, banks

 TORONTO, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
turned higher on Wednesday morning as gold-mining and bank
shares rose, overtaking weakness in energy shares.
 The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 1.04 points at
11,539.16.
