TORONTO, March 15 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index ended lower on Monday as declines in its energy and materials sectors outweighed a rise in financial issues.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 11.79 points, or 0.1 percent, at 12,002.03. ($1=$1.02 Canadian) (Reporting by John McCrank; editing by Peter Galloway)
