CANADA STOCKS-TSX rises as Enbridge spill boosts oil price

TORONTO, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index ended higher for the first time in four sessions on Friday as oil prices rose following a shutdown of a big Enbridge Inc (ENB.TO) pipeline supplying Canadian oil to the United States.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially ended up 63.56 points, or 0.53 percent, at 12,097.09. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
