CANADA STOCKS-TSX little changed as oil up, banks weigh

 TORONTO, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index was little changed shortly after the open on Thursday as strength in commodity-linked issues was offset by lower earnings from Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD.TO) and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM.TO).
 At 9:35 a.m. (1435 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 0.87 of a point at 13,149.22. It had opened down 2.96 points at 13,145.39.  (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan;  editing by Peter Galloway)
