TORONTO, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index extended its gains on Monday after January trade data out of China showed strong and growing demand for commodities.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE climbed 137.20 points, or 1 percent to 13,903.96.
All but one of the TSX's 10 main groups were higher, with energy issues up 1.61 percent and the materials group up 1.57 percent.
