CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns higher, helped by gold stocks

TORONTO, April 14 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
turned higher on Thursday morning as a rise in gold-mining
stocks helped offset disappointing North American economic data
and concerns about Greek debt.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE, which opened lower, rose 1.31 points to 13,834.95.
