CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher on rising energy, bank shares

 TORONTO, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index rose
at the open on Thursday as modest advances in financial and
energy stocks offset a dip among mining issues.
 U.S. markets were closed for the Thanksgiving holiday.
 The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE opened 4.6 points higher at 12,906.59.
