TORONTO, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Eldorado Gold Corp (ELD.TO) said on Monday that a Turkish court had been unable to come to a decision on an appeal of an environmental approval for the company’s Kisladag mine in Turkey.
The mine was ordered shut in August, pending a decision. The case will now be returned to a lower administrative court, Eldorado said.
Eldorado did not say what the announcement means for the mine’s operations. The company said it will consult with the Turkish government regarding the next step in the legal process. (Reporting by Cameron French; Editing by Rob Wilson)
