July 5 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Friday:
U.S. stocks rose in early trading on Friday as U.S. June payrolls data came in much stronger than expected, though investors questioned what the report meant for the timing of the Federal Reserve’s stimulus program. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 0.50 percent, the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index up 0.51 percent and the Nasdaq Composite Index up 0.50 percent.

The European Union and China are moving towards a deal to defuse a conflict over alleged dumping of solar panels in Europe, officials from both sides said on Friday, aiming to head off a damaging trade war in goods from steel to wine.
** TRANSDIGM GROUP INC, $156.68, up 2 pct (0946 ET)
The aircraft components maker announced a special cash dividend of $22 per share. The company also said its subsidiary, TransDigm Inc, received an additional incremental term loan of $900 million and completed an offering of $500 million. The interest on the new debt is modestly lower than the existing debt, the group said.
** SAREPTA THERAPEUTICS INC, $38.98, down 1.5 pct (0946 ET)
The drugmaker entered into an equity offering agreement with broker-dealer Further Lane Securities under which the company may sell, in tranches, shares of up to $125 million.
** LULULEMON ATHLETICA INC, $63.43, down 2 pct (0943 ET)
Chairman Dennis “Chip” Wilson is looking to sell up to 3.4 million shares of the yogawear retailer, reducing the stake he controls in the company to 25 percent from 28 percent, according to an SEC filing.
** GOLDCORP INC, $23.52, down 5 pct (0942 ET)
