U.S. shares were set to open higher on Friday as a selloff in the global bond market eased after purchases by the European Central Bank, lifting stock index futures: Dow Jones industrial average futures were up 0.03 percent at 18,207, S&P 500 futures were up 0.05 percent at 2,118.5 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.18 percent at 4,498.25.

** KING DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT PLC, Thursday close $14.99, -8.34 pct premarket

The creator of “Candy Crush Saga” said it expected changes in foreign currency and a lack of new releases to hurt its gross bookings for the current quarter.

** KEURIG GREEN MOUNTAIN INC, Thursday close $103.075, -5.89 pct premarket

The K-cup coffee pod maker will not make available its new cold brewing system in all its retail outlets until next year, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.

** EL POLLO LOCO HOLDINGS INC, Thursday close $29.06, -13.73 pct premarket

The restaurant chain operator reported weaker-than-expected quarterly comparable sales and forecast a full-year profit largely below estimates as customer traffic at its restaurants grew at its slowest pace since the company went public in July last year.

** DRAGONWAVE INC, Thursday close $0.6197, +8.12 pct premarket

The Canadian wireless networking equipment maker signed a deal with an Indian mobile operator to provide equipment and services to support the company’s upgrade into 3G and 4G wireless services in the country.

** MAGNEGAS CORP, Thursday close $0.91, +36.26 pct premarket

The alternative fuel maker said it would supply metal-cutting fuel to the U.S. Navy.

** NETFLIX INC, Thursday close $586.85, +3.05 pct premarket

The video streaming company is in talks with Jack Ma-backed Wasu Media Holding Co and other potential partners to enter China’s booming online video market, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

** ACTAVIS PLC, Thursday close $297.46, +0.22 pct premarket

The drugmaker said its Warner Chilcott unit held talks with U.S. government officials to discuss a potential resolution of an investigation into the unit’s sales activities, according to a regulatory filing.

** PERNIX THERAPEUTICS, Thursday close $6.46, +7.28 pct premarket

The drugmaker said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved Treximet to also treat migraine in pediatric patients. Treximet, already approved to treat adults, had previously won six months pediatric exclusivity.

** PLASMATECH BIOPHARMACEUTICALS INC, Thursday close $8.34, -4.08 pct premarket

The drug developer filed for a secondary shelf offering of 1.93 million shares, or 8 percent of outstanding shares. The offering is expected to raise as much as $14.1 million at a proposed maximum offering price of $7.31 per share. (bit.ly/1KR9eUK)

** QKL STORES INC, Thursday close $3.1, +12.90 pct premarket

The China-based supermarket operator reported a 7.7 percent rise in its first-quarter revenue, helped by sales during the Chinese New Year season.

** APPLIED MATERIALS INC, Thursday close $19.86, +3.42 pct premarket

The No. 1 maker of machinery used to make semiconductor chips, posted quarterly profit and revenue above market estimates, largely driven by demand from makers of memory chips.

** SYMANTEC CORP, Thursday close $25.9, -2.12 pct premarket

The antivirus and security software maker’s quarterly profit and revenue missed Wall Street estimates, hurt by a strong dollar and lower demand for its consumer security products.

** PHARMERICA CORP, Thursday close $29.94

The company will pay the United States $31.5 million to resolve allegations that it improperly dispensed controlled drugs without a prescription and submitted false Medicare claims for these drugs, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday.

** CROWN CASTLE INTERNATIONAL CORP, Thursday close $82.78

Macquarie Group Ltd, Australia’s top investment bank, said it jointly bought the country’s largest owner of mobile telephone towers from a business owned by U.S. wireless infrastructure giant Crown Castle International.

** FEDEX CORP, Thursday close $173.45

The package delivery company lost a motion to dismiss charges by the U.S. Justice Department of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances in connection with the package delivery company’s alleged role in transporting illegal prescription drugs.

** ITC HOLDINGS CORP, Thursday close $35.36

The company expects to spend about $4.5 billion from 2014 to 2015 to upgrade and expand its power transmission system in the U.S. Midwest, Chief Financial Officer Rejji Hayes told Reuters.

** PANDORA MEDIA INC, Thursday close $18.81

The Internet radio service said it would appeal a rate court ruling that could force the company to pay higher royalties to Broadcast Music Inc for music licenses.

** MONSANTO CO, Thursday close $120.72
