Dow Jones industrial average futures were up 0.60 percent at 17,644, S&P 500 futures were up 0.60 percent at 2,059.75 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.78 percent at 4,493.

An advisory panel to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration backed an approval for Acadia Pharmaceuticals' drug for psychosis related to Parkinson's disease.

The data analytics company reported lower-than-expected Q4 revenue and profit, hurt by weakness in its security intelligence business.

** LULULEMON ATHLETICA INC, Tuesday close $61.24, +6.12 pct premarket

The Canadian yoga-wear retailer reported a higher-than-expected quarterly profit, helped by strong sales during the holiday shopping period.

** VALEANT PHARMACEUTICALS INTERNATIONAL INC, Tuesday close $28.98, +2.83 pct premarket

The Canadian drugmaker said it had asked its lenders to agree to waive a condition of its credit facility that would put it in breach of covenants if the company did not file its annual report by April 29, as planned.

** RESTORATION HARDWARE HOLDINGS INC, Tuesday close $39.01, -2.59 pct premarket

The luxury furniture retailer reported lower-than-expected Q4 profit and revenue and forecast Q1 sales below average analyst estimate, hurt by shipping delays, low demand in markets affected by oil price slump and higher discounts.

** APPLE INC, Tuesday close $107.68, +1.25 pct premarket

If the U.S. Department of Justice asks a New York court to force Apple to unlock an iPhone, the technology company could push the government to reveal how it accessed the phone which belonged to a shooter in San Bernardino, a source familiar with the situation said.

** BOEING CO, Tuesday close $130.88, +0.90 pct premarket

The planemaker will eliminate about 4,000 jobs in its commercial airplanes division by the middle of this year and another roughly 550 jobs in a division that conducts flight and lab tests, company spokespeople told Reuters.

** AMAZON.COM INC, Tuesday close $593.86, +0.47 pct premarket

The company said on Wednesday customer orders for home services like plumbing and mounting TVs had increased 20 percent per month on average since the online retailer launched the platform last year.

** EXXON MOBIL CORP, Tuesday close $84.53, +0.50 pct premarket

The top attorneys from Massachusetts and the U.S. Virgin Islands said on Tuesday they will investigate whether Exxon Mobil misled investors and the public about the risks of climate change.
