Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.20 percent at 18,211, S&P 500 futures were down 0.20 percent at 2,148.5 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.21 percent at 4,704.5.

** TIME WARNER INC, Tuesday close $75.78, +3.22 pct premarket

The company reported a higher-than-expected quarterly profit as it signed up more viewers for its premium Home Box Office network, and disclosed a 10 percent stake in streaming TV service Hulu.

** BIOGEN INC, Tuesday close $330.11, -1.02 pct premarket

The biotechnology company has drawn takeover interest from drug companies including Merck & Co Inc and Allergan Plc , the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

** ELECTRONIC ARTS INC, Tuesday close $76.78, -1.54 pct premarket

The video-game publisher, known for titles such as “FIFA” and “Star Wars Battlefront”, reported a surprise first-quarter profit, helped by higher downloads of its games.

** AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC, Tuesday close $54.14, +3.62 pct premarket

The largest commercial insurer in the United States and Canada reported an operating profit that beat analysts’ estimate, driven by lower costs and strong underwriting during the quarter.

** FITBIT INC, Tuesday close $13.16, +7.14 pct premarket

The wearable fitness device maker’s quarterly revenue raced past analysts’ estimates as demand jumped for its new devices.

** ETSY INC, Tuesday close $12.71, +5.43 pct premarket

The online and offline marketplace operator reported better-than-expected rise in second-quarter revenue.
