BUZZ-WestJet Airlines: Hits 2-year low after downbeat forecast

** Canada’s WestJet down 10.8 pct at C$19.73, stock’s lowest in 2 years

** Co now expects Q2 RASM to be flat to 2 pct lower, weighed down by labor issues and higher expenses

** What we’ve seen over the last two weeks is a significant deferral of bookings - WestJet CEO Ed Sims

** Airline is in talks with its unionized pilots who could hold a strike as early as May 19

** Airlines also expected to face higher expenses due to rising fuel costs; shares of larger rival Air Canada also down 1.8 percent
