CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as energy stocks rally

Dec 11 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index opened higher on Tuesday led by a rally in energy stocks after oil prices gained following strength in global stocks and an unplanned supply cut in Libya.
