CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher for fifth session as energy shares advance

(Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index rose at the open for the fifth straight session on Friday as energy stocks gained and a rebound in U.S. jobs growth in March eased worries about a slowdown in the world’s largest economy.
