CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher led by energy stocks; BoC rate decision eyed

Sept 4 (Reuters) - Canada’s main stock index opened higher on Wednesday, with energy stocks climbing the most, as investors awaited an interest rate decision by Bank of Canada.
